Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Bubble Bliss Ltd, we aim to ensure that your order is processed and delivered as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Dispatch Time:
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from our courier partner DPD containing your tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time.

Delivery Notifications:
DPD will provide further delivery updates via email, including estimated delivery times and options to reschedule or provide additional instructions. It is your responsibility to ensure the contact details provided at checkout are accurate to receive these updates.

Missed Deliveries:
If you are not available to receive the parcel, DPD will typically attempt redelivery or may offer alternative delivery options such as leaving the package at a pickup point. However, repeated missed delivery attempts may result in the package being returned to us.

In such cases, customers will be notified and given the option to request re-delivery. Please note that a re-delivery fee may be charged to cover additional shipping costs incurred.

Delivery Address:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. Bubble Bliss Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Our standard delivery timeframe is 7–9 working days. While we strive to meet this schedule, unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, high seasonal demand, adverse weather conditions, or courier issues may occasionally extend delivery times. Bubble Bliss Ltd cannot be held responsible for such delays once the package has been handed over to the courier.
